Tribeca Sky Loft

A full-floor loft in a converted 19th-century warehouse with 14-foot tin ceilings, exposed brick, and a private rooftop terrace overlooking the Hudson. The current owner — an architect by training — spent three years on the renovation, preserving the building's industrial bones while introducing a level of finish more typical of a Parisian apartment. White oak herringbone floors, custom steel casement windows that echo the original factory sashes, and a Boffi kitchen that feels more like sculpture than cabinetry. The primary suite is a corner room with ten windows on two exposures; the bath is finished in honed Carrara marble with radiant-heat floors.
